Terms for Free Maintenance
Shenzhen Seetop Optoelectronic Co., Ltd will offer long term maintenance service to all the equipment produced or installed by our company and offer free maintenance or replacing service during maintenance period (one year from the day of acceptance) if there are the following problems occurred during this period:
1) Malfunction occurred because of problems of design quality;
2) Malfunction occurred because of problems of material quality;
3) Malfunction occurred because of problems of techniques;
4) Malfunction occurred because of problems of production quality;
5) Malfunction occurred because of problems caused by transportation;
6) Malfunction occurred because of quality of electric components;
7) Malfunction occurred because of problems of installation quality;
Free software update
Seetop promises to update our clients’ software of displaying system freely and conventionally, for the outdoor displaying system and partial bigger size indoor displaying system, no matter there are problems or not, our service center would send engineers to clear and vindicate the mentioned parts periodically in order to guarantee the stability of whole system.
Feedback
Seetop promises feedback our clients in time according to the distance between the location of the complained project and the nearest service office, which will be no longer than 48 hours. It depends, for example, 24 hours in most domestic areas, 8 hours in city directly under the jurisdiction of central government or capital of each province, some may be less than 4 hours, even within 1 hour.
